Yesterday we did practising for athletics. I said to the teacher I'm turning ten soon and Mr Hemi said that I'm lucky to be in the nine year old group because they aren't as fast as the ten year old group so I'm very lucky that I'm not ten yet. The nine year old group did a run. On the first run I came 3rd or 4th and on the 2nd run I came 2nd. I made it in to athletics. YaY!!!!. I'm so excited to go to athletics but I just don't want it to be as hot as last time.
